Jussi Ikkelä

Jussi has over 20 years of experience in business development, practical sales, and customer service across Europe. For over 15 years, he has led and developed operations at both local and national levels. He knows how to sell both visible and invisible products and can inspire, train, and teach others to do the same. He has trained over 2,000 employees from salesmen to CEOs on how to sell and build a sales-oriented culture. As a bold sales leader, he gets his audience to think big picture. Jussi is analytical and can identify areas for improvement that others may not necessarily notice.

Jussi is a sales and business development expert and leader. Throughout his life, Jussi has lived in Finland, Libya, Canada, the United States, and Norway. These experiences have shaped him into an international and social individual who gets along with people from all walks of life. The focus of his personal brand is the ability and creativity to adapt to various challenges in sales leadership and business development. This is why he has often been chosen to lead industries and segments where he has no prior experience, yet he has succeeded in delivering excellent results.

Jussi holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA. He studied at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, majoring in Administration and Management. He completed his MBA at Aalto Executive Education program with a focus on Applied Finance and Accounting. In the fall of 2019, he completed the Certified Board Member course at the Helsinki Chamber of Commerce and passed the examination organized by the Tampere Chamber of Commerce on August 31, 2020. Jussi is thus entitled to use the title HHJ / CBM.

Lilian Ikkelä

Lilian has lived in Hungary, Germany, Finland, and Norway, and has worked for several multinational companies. Thanks to these experiences, she can naturally consider and see various perspectives and solutions. With her international background, Lilian gets along excellently with people of different nationalities, speaking Finnish, English, German, and Hungarian.

In HR matters, Lilian has been a member and team leader of the European HR Operations Center, supporting and securing the operational activities and projects of HR, customer support services, business process optimization, online HR solutions, and project management. Handling HR data and personnel administration changes, such as employee creation in systems and organizing adaptation training, international and internal transfers, terminations, as well as managing leaves and absences for 4,700 employees, has given her a broad perspective on the HR side. Currently she is a Head of HR Operations for a publicly listed company.

On the finance side, Lilian has assisted in managing the Central and Eastern European business for Porsche Group's passenger car spare parts, wholesale, and retail pricing across different countries. Standardizing prices, confirming wholesale prices, analyzing the profit for the central organization, determining consumer prices, analyzing margins for authorized service partners, and conducting market analyses for the market area have expanded her extensive expertise in finance

Lilian holds a degree in Business Administration. She studied Finance at Budapest Business School (Általános Vállalkozási Főiskola).
