Our Operating Procedures
We offer our services at a fixed monthly rate. We work independently with our clients aiming to achieve results that benefit all parties involved. Customer satisfaction is a crucial measure for us, but we still communicate things directly, without any extra fluff. It's not fair to anyone if consultants milk clients by being overly ingratiating and clinging on. There are enough of those folks around, so we're not looking to join that crowd.

Our Agreements
In the agreement, we outline the responsibilities and objectives of the parties at the start of the collaboration. We enter into an indefinite-term agreement, with a notice period of one (1) month.
The agreement terminates when either party terminates it in writing. The notice period is calculated from the last day of the calendar month in which the termination is made.
Our clients are never committed to a long-term relationship they can't easily walk away from.

Our Pricing
Our monthly fee varies depending on the size of the company, desired service package, defined responsibilities, and the project, starting from 500 euros and upwards.
Individual project pricing is also possible, for example, in the case of Simplified Sales Training.
